Transfers to Rockwood

Gifted students transferring into the Rockwood School District may be referred for gifted assessment. Referral forms are available through your child’s school counselor or office, as well as the CCL Identification Office.

Upon receiving the referral form, the CCL Identification Office will contact the student’s previous school district to request gifted assessment records. Once these records are obtained, the office will review them to determine if they meet the Rockwood Gifted Program’s criteria and will administer any additional assessments as needed.

Please note that all test results must be received by our office at least three weeks prior to the start of a new semester. Information received after this deadline will be considered for admission during the following semester.
